Exchange & Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie items are non-returnable.

We only offer exchange in case of:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged product received

Conditions:

• Exchange request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Clear pictures/video must be shared as proof.
